Shipping Policy

Please allow up to 3-5 business days from the date of your order before your package is shipping out.

No Duties will occur if the order is shipped to USA, local taxes are applicable as per local state guidelines (same as you purchase in a local US establishment). Please note that duties and taxes will occur if the order is shipped outside of NAFTA. Golden star Jewelry is not responsible for these costs.

Ring Sizing

Please allow an additional three business days before your order is shipped if ring sizing is required. If the sizing is +/- 2 sizes on a ring over $85.

Delivery

All Golden Star Jewellery On-line orders are risk-free and fully insured at no cost to you. Your peace of mind and security are especially important to us. Thus, every package is trackable, and your signature will be required, upon receipt.

We ship your purchased item/items just to the credit/debit card holder (buyer’s) address. Please do not request for shipping your purchased jewellery from our on-line store to any other address. Receive your purchase without leaving the comfort of your own home. Your order will be shipped directly to your door. If you have your item(s) gift-wrapped, specify in notes while making your purchasing.


Once your order has been processed you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and the link of the carrier company. Log onto FedEx.ca or CanadaPost.ca to track your parcel as it is on its way to you.
