How long does shipping take?
Standard orders ship within 3–5 business days across Canada. Custom rings and loose stones may require up to one month of processing — this is noted on the product page. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. We offer free standard shipping on Canadian orders over $300, and on international orders over $450. Orders below these amounts are charged a flat calculated rate at checkout.
Where do you ship?
We ship across Canada and internationally. Duties and taxes on international orders are the responsibility of the recipient and are determined by your local customs office.
What is your return policy?
Online orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund, provided the item is unworn, undamaged, and in its original packaging. Return shipping is arranged by the customer. Custom, engraved, and made-to-order pieces are final sale.
Can I exchange an item in store?
Yes. We offer 14-day in-store exchanges at both our Capilano Mall and West Broadway locations. Bring your item, in original condition, along with your receipt or order confirmation.
Which items can't be returned?
Custom design pieces, engraved items, altered/resized rings, and loose stones cut to order are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged, as they are made specifically for you.
How do I find my ring size?
The most reliable way is to visit either store and have your finger measured by our team. If you're ordering online, you can measure the inner diameter of a ring that already fits and cross-reference a standard sizing chart, or reach out and we'll walk you through it.
What does the karat and gram weight mean on your listings?
Karat (e.g. 14k, 18k) describes the gold purity, and the gram weight tells you the physical weight of the piece — a key factor in fine jewellery value. Every listing includes the metal colour, karat, design, and weight so you know exactly what you're buying.
Are your diamonds and gemstones certified?
Diamond specifications such as total diamond weight (TDW), clarity, and colour grade are listed on the relevant product pages. For certified stones and detailed grading information, please contact us or visit either location.
Do you make custom jewellery?
Yes — custom design is one of our specialties. Bring in your idea, an inspiration piece, or even old jewellery to rework, and our designers will create something unique for you. No appointment needed; just drop by either store.
Do you offer repairs and cleaning?
We do. Our in-house team handles repairs, restoration, resizing, stone setting, and cleaning for most fine jewellery. Stop by either location and we'll assess your piece on the spot.
Do you buy gold and silver?
Yes. We buy and offer consignment on gold and silver — including old or broken pieces — and pay top dollar on the spot, by cash or cheque. Bring your items to either store for a no-obligation evaluation.
Do you offer engraving?
Yes, we offer custom engraving on eligible pieces. Note that engraved items are considered final sale, so please confirm your spelling and details before we begin.
Do you offer financing?
Yes. Choose any jewellery you like and ask us about our in-store financing — 12 equal payments with no interest. Our team will walk you through the simple approval process in person.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards online and in store, along with cash in store. For gold and silver buybacks, we pay by cash or cheque.
Where are your stores located?
We have two Metro Vancouver locations: Capilano Mall (47-935 Marine Dr, North Vancouver) and West Broadway (2936 W Broadway, Kitsilano, Vancouver). Both are open seven days a week — we'd love to see you.
Do I need an appointment?
No appointment necessary for browsing, repairs, custom design consultations, or selling gold. Just drop by and our team will take care of whatever you need.
