Shipping policy

Delivery:

All Golden Star Jewellery online orders are risk-free and fully insured at no cost to you. Your peace of mind and security are especially important to us. Thus, every package is trackable, and your signature will be required, upon receipt.

We ship your purchased item/items just to the credit/debit card holder (buyer’s) address. Please do not request for shipping your purchased jewellery from our online store to any other address. Receive your purchase without leaving the comfort of your own home. Your order will be shipped directly to your door. If you would like to have your item(s) gift-wrapped, specify in notes while making your purchasing.

Once your order has been processed you will receive an email notification containing your tracking number and the link of the carrier company. Log onto FedEx.ca or CanadaPost.ca to track your parcel as it is on its way to you

Shipping Policy:

Please allow up to 3-5 business days from the date of your order before your package is shipping out (includes all products excluding custom rings, individual gemstones, and diamonds).

But please note that some items (custom rings, individual gemstones, as well as diamonds) can take up to one month before being shipped out. This is due to custom design, and special orders which we have to make on our end, before your piece is sent out.

No Duties will occur if the order is shipped inside Canada, local taxes are applicable as per local guidelines (similar to when you purchase in a local Canadian establishment). Please note that duties and taxes may occur depending on your location. Golden Star Jewelry is not responsible for these costs.

Ring Sizing:

Please allow an additional three business days before your order is shipped if ring sizing is required. If the sizing is +/- 2 sizes on a ring over $85.
